REFUND POLICY — GENTAZY

At Gentazy, we believe in clarity and fairness. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order, as it explains how returns and refunds are handled.

RETURNS

Gentazy currently does not offer exchanges.
We accept returns only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be accepted if:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
• The customer faces a size-related issue.

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

📌 Mandatory Unboxing Video
An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products.
Claims without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted

Gentazy reserves the right to inspect and approve all returned items before processing any refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
• Accessories and limited-edition drops
(unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect)

REFUNDS
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Refund processing time is 7–10 working days after inspection approval.

Shipping Charges
• Gentazy offers free shipping on all orders.
• As no shipping fees are charged, there are no shipping charges to refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• Prices for international customers are listed in USD ($).
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
• Gentazy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international logistics.

CANCELLATIONS
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or dispatched.
• Gentazy reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
